Visitors from the U.S.A.
Big park. Big fun.
Are you ready for the fun and excitement of the Detroit area’s biggest and wildest water park? A place where a million gallons of water whirl and churn in ways you didn’t think possible?
It’s all at Adventure Bay, in downtown Windsor.
Whatever your age, whatever you crave, we have the water experience for you. From the relaxing float-along pace of the Lazy River, to the twisting tunnel of the fast moving Python (it even takes you outside the building and back in again) our over 12 rides and water features are sure to make your day. There’s even a rollercoaster-like water ride that shoots up and down, all around (see the yellow ride in the photo). Or feel the 30 mph rush of the amazing FlowRider, a life-like surf simulator for body boarding or even stand-up surfing, just like in Maui.
All you need to bring is a smile, a towel and a readiness to have a blast.
Tips for U.S. visitors: Currency Conversion
Your U.S. dollar gets you more in Windsor. Adventure Bay doesn't accept U.S. currency so make sure to contact your bank or financial institution to convert your money ahead of time. There are currency conversion websites and apps available, including the Bank of Canada’s Daily Currency Converter.
You’ll have to clear customs when you come into Canada and on the way back to the U.S.A. For that, you’ll need proper documentation, e.g. passports or other designated/approved documents, for everyone in your group. To learn about proper documentation, declaring goods, and other important information, please visit Crossing Made Easy (provided by Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island).
